        "content": "<p>Bekasi Regency (ANTARA) - West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi, commonly\nknown as KDM, has highlighted the issue of numerous unofficial railway\ncrossings without automatic gates, which are frequently used as vehicle\nroutes, especially in the province.<\/p>\n<p>During a condolence visit to the home of the late Nurlaela, a victim\nof the KRL Commuter Line accident from Kampung Ceger, RT 02\/RW 02,\nTanjungbaru Village, Cikarang Timur Subdistrict, Bekasi Regency, KDM\nstressed that the matter must be promptly evaluated and addressed\ncollectively.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are several issues that need to be evaluated and handled\ntogether. One of them is the railway crossing routes, where there are\nstill many unofficial crossing paths. Thus, they are not equipped with\nofficial automatic gates,\u201d he said in Cikarang on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, addressing the problem cannot be done solely by the\nrelevant authorities such as the Ministry of Transportation or PT Kereta\nApi Indonesia (KAI), but requires active involvement from all related\nparties, including communities around the crossings.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe all must work together to resolve this problem, to eliminate\naccident issues, including unofficial gates, many unofficial crossings,\nand not using railway safety gates,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He also expressed support for a thorough investigation by the\nauthorities regarding the railway accident incident at Bekasi Timur\nStation, Bekasi City, on Monday (27\/4) night.<\/p>\n<p>He hopes that all stages of the investigation can be carried out\noptimally and comprehensively to serve as a collective evaluation for\nthe future, particularly regarding mass transportation services.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe investigation must be conducted properly so that in Indonesia,\nthere should be no more accidents involving mass transport vehicles or\npublic transportation that cause loss of life,\u201d he said.<\/p>",
