        "content": "<p>West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi has emphasised that contractors or\ntender winners who previously delivered substandard work should not be\ngiven further opportunities. \u201cPeople whose work is not good, not of\nquality, should not be given another chance. Give opportunities to those\nwho have quality, are on time, and are responsible,\u201d stated KDM in a\npress release on Monday (30\/3\/2026). According to him, West Java\nProvince is accelerating infrastructure development this year. Not only\nfunctional, but also infrastructure that has aesthetic value and\nquality. He called for coordination between departments, such as the\nPublic Works Department and the Transportation Department, to regulate\nthe placement of Street Lighting (PJU) to be even and not concentrated\nin certain points. \u201cIn infrastructure development, there must be a\nstrong West Java character visible through aesthetic public facilities.\nSidewalk construction must be of quality with genuine factory materials,\ncomplete with park benches and Pangiuhan shelters,\u201d he explained.
