        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The West Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy\nSub-department (Sudin Parekraf) has held technical guidance (bimtek) for\nthe tourism industry to encourage entrepreneurs in the entertainment and\nrecreation sectors to build a legal, sustainable, and inclusive business\necosystem.<\/p>\n<p>The event, themed \u201cSynergy of West Jakarta Tourism Business Actors in\nBuilding a Legal, Sustainable, and Inclusive Ecosystem Towards 5\nCenturies of Jakarta City,\u201d was attended by 150 business owners from\nvarious areas across West Jakarta on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>The Head of the West Jakarta Administrative City Tourism and Creative\nEconomy Sub-department, Sherly Yuliani, stated that this technical\nguidance is a strategic step by the government to ensure that economic\ngrowth in the tourism sector proceeds in alignment with legal compliance\nand social responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough this activity, we hope that business actors can further\nunderstand the importance of compliance with licensing, maintaining a\nhealthy and safe business environment, and providing protection for\nworkers,\u201d said Sherly.<\/p>\n<p>She added that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is committed to\nencouraging the creation of a tourism ecosystem that not only grows\ncommercially but is also regulation-compliant, free from illegal\npractices such as drug trafficking and prostitution, and remains\nenvironmentally conscious.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to serving as a capacity-building tool, the agenda also\nacts as a platform for synergy between the government and business\nactors in facing challenges within the entertainment and recreation\nsub-sectors, which are considered to play a crucial role in shaping the\nregional image.<\/p>\n<p>To provide comprehensive understanding, the West Jakarta Tourism and\nCreative Economy Sub-department presented several competent speakers\nfrom various cross-sector agencies.<\/p>\n<p>Among them was the Head of the Prevention Team of the National\nNarcotics Board (BNN) DKI Jakarta, Afib Rizal, who presented crucial\nmaterial regarding the prevention of drug abuse and Human Trafficking\n(TPPO) within business environments.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Ayu Dwi Wulansari from the Directorate of Business\nLicensing Services for the Non-Industrial Sector of the Indonesian\nInvestment Coordinating Board (BKPM) RI, detailed the procedures for\nbusiness licensing based on the \u201cOnline Single Submission Risk-Based\nApproach\u201d (OSS-RBA).<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Yudi Saputra, a representative from the DKI Jakarta\nDepartment of Cooperatives, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises\n(PPKUKM), provided technical education regarding the verification of\nlicensing requirements for the sale of alcoholic beverages through the\nOSS-RBA system.<\/p>\n<p>With this thorough training, Sherly stated that tourism business\nactors in West Jakarta are expected to contribute actively to realising\na more orderly, safe, and sustainable urban landscape.<\/p>",
