        "content": "<p>The Transportation Agency (Dishub) of West Bandung Regency (KBB) is\npreparing to manage the homebound exodus for Eid al-Fitr 1447 AH.\nPersonnel and infrastructure are being mobilised to ensure smooth\ntraffic flow during this peak travel period.<\/p>\n<p>West Bandung Regency serves as a critical transit corridor for\nhomebound travellers using both arterial roads and toll routes. For toll\nroads, travellers typically travel via the\nJakarta-Cikampek-Purwakarta-Padalarang (KBB)-Cileunyi corridor.<\/p>\n<p>For non-toll access, West Bandung is traversed by travellers from\nvarious routes: Jakarta-Bogor-Sukabumi-Cianjur-Cipatat-Padalarang via\nthe Cipatat-Padalarang main road;\nKarawang-Purwakarta-Cikalongwetan-Padalarang via the Purwakarta main\nroad; and from Subang via Lembang towards Bandung and the Priangan\nregion including areas such as Garut and Tasikmalaya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are thoroughly preparing for the homebound exodus in terms of\npersonnel and supporting infrastructure and equipment,\u201d said West\nBandung Transportation Agency Head Mochammad Ridwan Evi when contacted\non Monday, 9 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>He predicted that the first wave of homebound travellers would occur\non 14-15 March 2026, coinciding with the implementation of\nwork-from-anywhere (WFA) policies, whilst the second wave would occur on\n18-19 March 2026, coinciding with the Nyepi holiday. \u201cWe predict there\nwill be two waves of traveller surges. The first occurs on 14-15 March\ncoinciding with WFA implementation, with the second wave on 18-19 March\nconnecting into the weekend,\u201d Ridwan Evi stated.<\/p>",
