        "content": "<p>Vice Regent of Nabire, Burhanuddin Pawennari, has called on all\nresidents to make the Idul Fitri 1447 Hijriah moment an opportunity to\nstrengthen interfaith harmony and maintain social harmony amid the\ndiversity of ethnicities, religions, and cultures that characterise\nNabire Regency.<\/p>\n<p>In his speech during the Idul Fitri prayer at the Grand Al Falah\nMosque in Nabire on Saturday (21\/3\/2026), Burhanuddin stated that Idul\nFitri is a moment to return to one\u2019s true nature, shaping a cleaner,\nmore patient, and caring personality towards others.<\/p>\n<p>He emphasised that the local government continues to encourage the\ncommunity to uphold Ramadan values such as sincerity, patience,\ntogetherness, and social care in everyday life.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMake differences a strength to bond brotherhood, not as a\nseparator,\u201d said Burhanuddin. He also invited residents to maintain\nsecurity and order as well as strengthen family ties in the Lebaran\natmosphere. According to him, as a pluralistic area, Nabire is a shared\nhome, so the spirit of togetherness, unity, and mutual respect must be\ncontinuously nurtured as the main capital for regional development.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) of\nNabire Regency, KH Rohimin Abdul Rahman, who served as the khatib for\nthe Id prayer, urged Muslims to reflect on the meaning of Ramadan in\npost-Lebaran life, including maintaining relationships with God and\nfellow humans. Congregants began\nfilling the field since 06.20 WITA by walking or using vehicles, then\nlaid out prayer mats and chanted takbir together. The Id prayer started\nat 07.00 WITA with Ali bin Hasan Al Jufri acting as the khatib.<\/p>\n<p>In his sermon, Ali reminded that there is no guarantee for every\nMuslim to meet Ramadan again next year, so the moment of parting with\nthe holy month must become a profound reflection.
