The Head of BP BUMN and COO of Danantara, Dony Oskaria, held a\nmeeting with the boards of directors of all BUMN Karya companies. The\nmeeting discussed strategic steps to accelerate the transformation and\nrecovery of company performance.<\/p>\n
The meeting also formed part of the efforts by the State-Owned\nEnterprises Regulatory Body (BP BUMN) and Danantara to strengthen the\nrestructuring measures for BUMN Karya. The goal is to build a healthier,\nmore transparent, and accountable national construction sector.<\/p>\n
\u201cTransformation does not only focus on financial aspects but also\nencompasses strengthening governance, compliance with regulations, and\nenhancing transparency. The agenda also emphasised the importance of improving more realistic\nand credible financial reports, increasing regulatory compliance, and\nstrengthening transparency principles as the main foundation for good\ncorporate governance. BP BUMN together with Danantara continues to push\nfor strengthened governance and financial performance improvements for\nBUMN Karya as part of sustainable restructuring efforts.<\/p>\n
Through more directed and measured restructuring steps, BUMN Karya is\nexpected to become a key pillar in sustainable and highly competitive\nnational infrastructure development.<\/p>\n
BP BUMN together with Danantara will continue to oversee this\ntransformation process sustainably so that BUMN Karya can play a\nstrategic role in supporting national development.<\/p>\n
In line with these directives, PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk is\naccelerating its transformation and implementing restructuring. These\nsteps are among the company\u2019s efforts to restore its performance.<\/p>\n
These efforts are expected not only to improve company performance\nbut also to have a real impact on the economy and enhance public\nwelfare.<\/p>\n
For information, Waskita has undertaken restructuring through the\nMaster Restructuring Agreement (MRA) and changes to the Working Capital\nCredit Guarantee Facility (KMKP), which has been effective since October\n2024 with a total outstanding value of Rp 31.65 trillion.<\/p>\n
