Volcom holds teen surfing competition<\/p>\n
Leading sportswear manufacturer Volcom will hold the
\nfinal round of its 2004-2005 Totally Crustaceous Tour
\nteenage surfing championship on Sunday, July 17,
\nat Kuta beach.<\/p>\n
Around 60 young surfers will compete in the
\nchampionship's three divisions of under-14, under-18
\nand Pro-Am.<\/p>\n
The young surfers were selected through at least 10
\nVolcom qualifying rounds held during the year on beaches at
\nNegara (Sword Fish Series), Sanur (Gecko Fish Series),
\nPecatu (Grill Fish Series), Kuta (Flying Fish Series)
\nand Cimaja-Pelabuhan Ratu (Heli Fish Series).<\/p>\n
Weather permitting, several Indonesian professional
\nsurfers will show their skills in an air show contest.<\/p>\n
In addition, a concert featuring Psychofun, The
\nHydrant, Navicula and Shaggydog is planned to provide
\nspectators of the finals with lively entertainment.<\/p>\n
Aimed at providing space and opportunities for young
\nlocal surfers, the Totally Crustaceous Tour was first
\nheld in 2000. Ever since, the event has became one of
\nthe most eagerly awaited events of the year for the Indonesian
