Visitors join Jakarta Fair via Web<\/p>\n
JAKARTA: The website team of Jakarta Fair 2003 announced on
\nFriday that at least 286,430 Internet users have visited the
\nfair's website, www.jakartafair.com, since the fair opened on
\nJune 12.<\/p>\n
The total number of website visitors has been relatively high,
\nindicating that the fair -- or at least its website -- caught the
\nattention of Internet surfers.<\/p>\n
The city's official website beritajakarta.com said that up
\nuntil the 25th day of the fair, the site was accessed at an
\naverage of 11,500 visits a day. The highest number of visits in a
\nsingle day was recorded on July 13, when the site was accessed
\n20,207 times.<\/p>\n
The majority of visits occurred during working days,
\nindicating that most of the virtual visitors are those who have
\nInternet access during working hours. On Sundays, the visits
\nreached an average of 9,000 people. -- JP<\/p>",
