        "content": "<p>Visitors buy uphomes at Fair<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): Low cost homes are one of the hot offers at the<br>\nrecently opened Jakarta Fair -- transactions have reached Rp 30<br>\nbillion in barely a week.<\/p>\n<p>William Yioda, the organizer of the developers' stand at the<br>\nfairgrounds in Kemayoran, said Wednesday low-cost homes took the<br>\nmajor share of sales among the 36 stands.<\/p>\n<p>Yioda, president director of PT Optima Galaria, said homes<br>\noffered at the fair ranged from Rp 8.8 million to more expensive<br>\nones priced near Rp 1 billion.<\/p>\n<p>\"The waiting line extended outside the display area,\" Yioda<br>\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>The projected number of visitors at the fair was 30,000 per<br>\nday.<\/p>\n<p>The fair, which opened Saturday, runs until July 13.
