PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) condemned the\npassenger\u2019s action of holding the door. Eva explained that the\npassenger\u2019s behaviour triggered a delay in the Whoosh journey. The\nscheduled departure at 07:23 WIB was only possible at 07:25 WIB. \u201cWe\ncondemn the passenger\u2019s action of holding the train door because,\nbesides violating the rules, this action also has great potential to\ndamage facilities and impacts hundreds of other passengers due to\ndeparture delays,\u201d said Eva in her statement on Thursday (9\/4\/2026). The\nWhoosh high-speed train has also prepared a lost item handling service\nthat can be used if passengers lose items inside the train or station\narea. So, how to handle it if there are lost items? Whoosh\u2019s Lost and\nFound Service Referring to KCIC\u2019s official press release, the Whoosh\nhigh-speed train provides a lost and found service to assist passengers\nwho lose or leave items during the journey. KCIC explained that\npassengers who lose items can immediately report to on-site officers or\nthrough official customer service. Found items will be secured and\nrecorded so they can be returned to their owners according to applicable\nprocedures.
