In the post, a\nvisitor complained of paying parking fees twice. Additionally, the\nvisitor expressed frustration at the parking attendant\u2019s insistence on\ndemanding additional money after discovering his helmet had fallen and\nbeen damaged.<\/p>\n<p>According to the account, a tourist reported an unpleasant experience\nwhen parking his motorcycle near Hamzah Batik in the Malioboro area. The\nvisitor, whose identity was anonymised, described feeling exploited\nthrough a \u201cshift change\u201d scheme. The complaints included: paying Rp3,000\non arrival and being charged an additional Rp2,000 upon departure by a\ndifferent attendant citing a shift change; discovering his helmet had\nfallen and was damaged, indicating inadequate supervision; and the\nattendant\u2019s refusal to apologise and continued insistence on collecting\nthe additional fee.<\/p>\n<p>Imanudin Aziz, head of parking at the Yogyakarta Transportation\nOffice, confirmed that the office had followed up on the complaint.
