Sourced from\nthe Instagram account <span class=\"citation\" data-cites=\"jakartapusat.info\">@jakartapusat.info<\/span>, the woman,\nwithout showing her face, recorded the condition of several cars that\nhad their tyres deflated. In the video, the cars were parked on the\nroadside and the main body of Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan, located on\nthe southern side of the Monas area. More than three cars were visible\nwith deflated tyres. The woman who recorded the video also delivered a\nverbal message to the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub).\nResponding to the video, the Head of Dishub DKI Jakarta, Syafrin Liputo,\nstated that the deflation was carried out as an enforcement action\nagainst illegal parking in Monas. \u201cIt was done so that residents do not\npark haphazardly. We have already conducted socialisation and urged\nresidents not to park on the main road,\u201d Syafrin said when confirmed by\nKompas.com on Monday. \u201cOfficers are always directing vehicles to park at\nIRTI Monas or other locations with parking spaces such as Gambir or\nLapangan Banteng,\u201d he continued.
