JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - VinFast has recorded a positive response from\nthe domestic market throughout the Indonesia International Motor Show\n(IIMS) 2026, held from 5\u201315 February 2026 at JIExpo Kemayoran,\nJakarta.<\/p>\n
During the exhibition, the company gathered 2,048 vehicle purchase\norders (SPKs) from customers.<\/p>\n
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of VinFast Indonesia, Kariyanto\nHardjosoemantoro, said the most-ordered model was Limo Green, followed\nby VF3.<\/p>\n
He said the strong interest in Limo Green stems from the model\u2019s\nseven-seat configuration and competitive pricing in the electric vehicle\nsegment.<\/p>\n
\u201cMarket enthusiasm for Limo Green is very strong, because there is a\nnew seven-seat MPV option with competitive pricing,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
In addition to the product, Kariyanto noted that several services\noffered by the company also factor into buyers\u2019 decision-making.<\/p>\n
Some of these include a free charging ecosystem and a battery\nsubscription scheme that provides flexibility for users.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat is attractive to them is our free charging ecosystem, and there\nis also the battery subscription option,\u201d Kariyanto said.<\/p>\n
He added that the scheme is considered particularly appealing for\nhigh-mobility users such as ride-hailing drivers, because they do not\nneed to worry about battery degradation due to intensive use.<\/p>\n
Overall, Kariyanto described market response to VinFast\u2019s products as\nfairly positive. Moreover, when combined with orders placed outside the\nexhibition, the total SPKs for the Limo Green model have reached into\nthe thousands.<\/p>\n
