Atang, who defrauded 40 villagers of their<br>\nhaj pilgrimage fees, has tendered his resignation, promising that<br>\nhe will give back the money to the prospective pilgrims.<\/p>\n<p>Spokesman for the Bekasi administration, Yaya Ruyatnasih, has<br>\nconfirmed that regent Moch.
