        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Vietnam, through Vietnam Electricity, is\nstudying hydrogen development in Indonesia. The company visited the\nHydrogen Center Senayan managed by PLN Indonesia Power.<\/p>\n<p>The visit took place on Thursday (2\/4\/2026). This agenda is part of\nthe Exchange and Learning Programme between EVN-PLN Indonesia and its\nsubsidiaries.<\/p>\n<p>The EVN delegation was represented, among others, by Deputy Director\nof Phu My Thermal Power Company EVNGENCO3 Le Vu Trung and Deputy\nDirector of the Operation Services Centre EVNGENCO3 Nguyen Xuan Hai.<\/p>\n<p>This agenda is seen as a momentum to strengthen cooperation in\ndeveloping energy innovations and improving power plant efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCollaboration with international partners such as EVN is an\nimportant step to accelerate the adoption of innovations, enhance\ncapabilities, and strengthen Indonesia\u2019s role in the global sustainable\nenergy ecosystem,\u201d he said in a written statement on Thursday\n(9\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Manager of Engineering at PLN Indonesia Power\u2019s Priok Power\nGeneration Business Unit, Ary Rachmat, stated that this visit encourages\nthe exchange of knowledge and experience.<\/p>\n<p>This step aligns with the commitment to developing clean technology,\nincluding hydrogen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough this benchmarking, we hope to strengthen the exchange of\nknowledge and experience, while also driving the acceleration of\nhydrogen technology implementation as part of the transformation of\npower plants towards a more efficient and sustainable energy system,\u201d\nsaid Ary.<\/p>\n<p>Vice President of Decarbonisation Business Development and Energy\nManagement at PLN, Ricky Cahya Andrian, stated that hydrogen development\nis part of the decarbonisation strategy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPLN continues to promote the development of the hydrogen ecosystem\nas one of the clean and efficient future energy solutions, while also\nopening up global collaboration opportunities to accelerate its\nimplementation in Indonesia,\u201d said Ricky.<\/p>",
