        "content": "<p>In the era of digital transformation, the Audit Board of the Republic\nof Indonesia (BPK RI) is strengthening its use of technology, including\nartificial intelligence (AI), to support the state financial audit\nprocess.<\/p>\n<p>Pinky Dezar Zulkarnain, Director of Information Technology at BPK RI,\nstated that modernisation and digital strengthening efforts have been\nongoing since 1998, evolving into a full digital transformation in 2020.\nThis initiative is designed to increase the utility of BPK\u2019s audit\nresults, making audits easier to conduct and follow up on. Each year,\nBPK is tasked with auditing the financial reports of 542 local\ngovernments and 89 central government agencies; digital transformation\nensures this process becomes increasingly easy, efficient, and\ntransparent.<\/p>\n<p>Simultaneously, BPK continues to bolster cybersecurity within its\nfinancial auditing processes. This is achieved through\ninternational-standard protections for BPK\u2019s information systems via ISO\n27001 certification, as well as the formation of a Computer Security\nIncident Response Team (CSIRT). This team operates as part of the\nIndonesian CSIRT established by the National Cyber and Crypto Agency\n(BSSN).<\/p>",
