        "content": "<p>Video: Life Insurance Association Takes Steps to Prevent Risks in\nUnit Link Business<\/p>\n<p>Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - CNBC Indonesia held the Insurance Forum\nwith the theme \u201cOptimising Insurance Protection &amp; New Directions for\nUnit Link Development in Indonesia\u201d as a forum for regulators,\nassociations and insurance professionals to seek solutions in driving\nthe growth and accelerating the transformation of the national insurance\nbusiness.<\/p>\n<p>The Chairman of the Board of the Indonesian Life Insurance\nAssociation (AAJI), Albertus Wiroyo, at the 2026 Insurance Forum,\nrevealed AAJI\u2019s efforts to encourage industry adjustments to three new\nregulations in 2026, namely POJK 35\/2025 concerning risk-based\nsupervision, POJK 36\/2025 on strengthening the health insurance\necosystem and the implementation of minimum capital rules and the\nspin-off of the Islamic insurance business unit.<\/p>\n<p>One of these regulations concerns strengthening PAYDI\n(Investment-Linked Insurance Products) or Unit Link products, which is\ncarried out by increasing product transparency and customer\nunderstanding of the investment risks contained in unit links, thereby\nminimising complaints in the future.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, it is encouraged to design better unit link products so\nthat they can balance and accommodate the interests of the company and\ncustomers.<\/p>\n<p>What is the strategy to strengthen the life insurance industry,\nincluding PAYDI products?
