It was also explained\nhow the banking industry\u2019s evolution in the digital technology era is\ndriving the transformation of banking businesses to meet customer\nneeds.<\/p>\n<p>At BRI, digitalisation through BRImo has driven transactions to a\ndaily peak of Rp32 trillion. Meanwhile, the President Director of PT\nBank Tabungan Negara (Persero) (BBTN) or BTN, Nixon LP Napitupulu,\nstated the role of banking in expanding access to banking services to\nthe unbanked via the housing sector through Subsidised Mortgage (KPR\nSubsidi) to help low-income people (MBR) because it features a financing\nscheme with low interest and a small down payment.<\/p>\n<p>From BSI, the President Director of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk\n(BRIS), Anggoro Eko Cahyo, conveyed the role of Islamic Banking in\nsupporting the advancement of SMEs.
