        "content": "<p>Valuair to fly to Jakarta<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: Indonesia has settled a landing rights dispute with<br>\nSingapore's budget airline Valuair, allowing it to begin flights<br>\nto Jakarta, an official said Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>\"Indonesia's air regulators have granted landing rights to<br>\nValuair and they should be able to start their flights to Jakarta<br>\nvery soon,\" transportation ministry spokesman Swihandoyo said.<\/p>\n<p>Last month the budget airline canceled its maiden flights to<br>\nJakarta without giving a reason. Its passengers had paid S$138<br>\n(US$80) for round-trip tickets. Jakarta was its third destination<br>\nafter Hong Kong and Bangkok.<\/p>\n<p>Valuair, started by former Singapore Airlines managing<br>\ndirector Lim Chin Beng, has beaten a host of rivals to become the<br>\nfirst budget airline to base itself out of Singapore.
