        "content": "<p>USDA sets credits for SE Asia<\/p>\n<p>WASHINGTON (Reuters): The U.S. Agriculture said Thursday that<br>\nit has authorized US$90 million in export credit guarantees for<br>\nsales of U.S. farm goods to the Southeast Asian region through<br>\nthe end of fiscal 1999.<\/p>\n<p>Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand can buy a<br>\nvariety of farm goods under the 15-month initiative, including<br>\nbarley malt, breeder livestock, corn products, cotton, cotton<br>\nyarn and fabrics, dairy products, hay, frozen or chilled meat,<br>\npeanut flour and peanut butter, oilseeds, planting seeds, poultry<br>\nbreeder stock, protein meal, pulses, rice, vegetable oil and<br>\nwheat, USDA said.<\/p>",
