Ltd. to develop and<br>\nestablish a regional broadband communications and multimedia<br>\nnetwork infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>The network infrastructure will cover Singapore, Indonesia,<br>\nthe Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Indochina, China and India,<br>\nthe group said.<\/p>\n<p>Usaha Tegas' affiliate, Paxys Sdn. Bhd., and ST Telemedia will<br>\npursue discussions to develop and establish an integrated<br>\nmultimedia and communications interactive network infrastructure,<br>\nwhich will include coordinated third generation and advanced<br>\nsatellite frequencies.<\/p>\n<p>Usaha Tegas is a private firm owned by local tycoon Ananda<br>\nKrishnan.<\/p>\n<p>ST Telemedia is a member of the government-linked diversified<br>\nconglomerate Singapore Technologies Group.<\/p>",
