Prospective passengers who have booked tickets within a 72-hour\nwindow following the announcement may rebook alternative flights or\nrequest refunds. Those wishing to apply for refunds may do so by\ncompleting a refund request form.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe urge all customers to check their flight status before heading to\nthe airport,\u201d the airline said.<\/p>\n
Passengers affected by the flight cancellations must contact their\ntravel agents to rebook their tickets. Customers are also requested to\nensure that their contact details are correct so that updates from the\nairline can be received properly.<\/p>\n
