        "content": "<p>'U.S. ignoring democracy'<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: The United States' determined campaign against terrorism<br>\nhas not only upset militant groups here but also some pro-<br>\ndemocracy activists.<\/p>\n<p>Smita Notosusanto of the Center for Electoral Reform (Cetro)<br>\nexpressed regret on Tuesday that the antiterrorism campaign had<br>\nprompted the U.S. to cut its assistance for democratization in<br>\nIndonesia.<\/p>\n<p>\"We are only getting one-fourth of the total amount we were<br>\nsupposed to receive.
