        "content": "<p>REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, TEHERAN \u2013 Iran signalled on Monday that it does not\nplan to send negotiators to Islamabad for the next round of talks with\nthe US, threatening Pakistan\u2019s plan for multi-day negotiations between\nthe warring countries less than 48 hours before the fragile ceasefire is\ndue to expire.<\/p>\n<p>Iran\u2019s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei said Washington\nhas \u201cviolated the ceasefire since the beginning of its\nimplementation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He warned that if the US and Israel launch new aggression, Iran\u2019s\narmed forces \u201cwill respond appropriately,\u201d while reiterating that\nTehran\u2019s 10-point proposal, submitted ahead of the first round of talks\nin Islamabad, remains the basis for any negotiations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe US has not learned from experience,\u201d Baghaei said, \u201cand this\nwill never lead to good results.\u201d He said Iran has informed Pakistan,\nthe main mediator between the two sides, about these violations.<\/p>\n<p>Pakistani officials said they still hope to bring both sides back to\nthe negotiating table.
