        "content": "<p>U.S. firm wins contract<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): The publicly-listed company Jakarta<br>\nInternational Hotels and Development, the owner of Borobudur<br>\nInter-Continental Hotel, has appointed Flour Daniel of the United<br>\nStates to renovate and redesign the hotel.<\/p>\n<p>The Vice President of Flour Daniel Indonesia, Rod Ragan, said<br>\nin a statement yesterday that the renovation work, worth US$65<br>\nmillion, will involve 12 architecture companies, one quantity<br>\nsurveyor, 14 contractors and 1,400 workers.<\/p>\n<p>Flour Daniel Inc, a subsidiary of Flour Corporation, was<br>\npreviously appointed as the management advisor of the privately-<br>\nowned coal-fired power station, PT Paiton Energy, in East Java.<\/p>\n<p>The five-star Borobudur Hotel is managed by Inter-Continental<br>\nHotel Corporation, a subsidiary of Tokyo-based Saison Group which<br>\nis also the operator of the Jimbaran resorts and hotels in Bali<br>\nowned by Bimantara Group.
