"summary": "The US Federal Circuit Court of Appeals has temporarily permitted the Trump administration to implement 10% global tariffs on imports, suspending a prior ruling by the Court of International Trade that deemed them illegal. This decision comes after the US Supreme Court rejected the tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, prompting Trump to impose temporary 10% duties and later announce a 15% increase. The ruling underscores ongoing legal battles over trade policies, with plaintiffs given seven days to respond.",
