Le told Reuters.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;We got the approval in principle -- that&apos;s the biggest thing<br>\n-- allowing us to proceed with preparations for branch opening,&quot;<br>\nCitibank resident representative Chuyen D. Uong said.<\/p>\n<p>A State Bank spokesman confirmed both U.S. banks had received<br>\nlicenses.<\/p>\n<p>He declined to say which foreign banks would be the next to<br>\nget branch permits.
