Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar stated this\nduring a press conference at Pakistan\u2019s embassy in Washington on Friday\nfollowing a meeting with US Foreign Minister Marco Rubio, according to\nDawn.<\/p>\n
During the press conference, Dar was asked whether US President\nDonald Trump had ceased urging Muslim nations to join the Abraham\nAccords as part of a deal with Iran. The question arose as Trump no\nlonger mentioned the issue in his earlier statement on Friday.<\/p>\n
Deputy Prime Minister Dar did not directly answer the question.\nInstead, he stated he had reaffirmed Pakistan\u2019s position during his UN\nmeeting earlier in the week. \u2018Pakistan remains steadfast on its stance\nregarding Palestine and Gaza,\u2019 Dar said.<\/p>\n
