        "content": "<p>Nusa Dua is one of Bali\u2019s most established and luxurious tourism\nresorts. Formally managed as the ITDC The Nusa Dua, the resort complex\narea also includes the stunning Peninsula Esland and iconic Water\nBlow.<\/p>\n<p>It is in this pocket of Nusa Dua where some major investments are\nbeing made to level up the experience for all visitors.<\/p>\n<p>Tourists heading over to The Nusa Dua\u2019s Peninsula Island and Water\nBlow will catch sight of the next phase of the rejuvenation work that\nhas commenced in the last week.<\/p>\n<p>The project has been funded and coordinated by InJourney Tourism\nDevelopment Corporation (ITDC), and the objective is simple: to create a\nNusa Dua that is more organized, modern, and remains globally\ncompetitive.<\/p>\n<p>The overall project is now in Week 18 and is sitting at around 15%\ncompletion. According to the Nusa Dua General Manager, I Made Agus\nDwiatmika, the Water Blow access and development phase of work on\nPeninsula Island has reached 75% completion; the highest among the\nproject areas.<\/p>\n<p>The development and rejuvenation of the Gate AC access road to\nPeninsula Island has reached 30% completion. Wastewater installation,\ninfiltration, and Ground Water Tank (GWT) work are still at 12%\ncompletion, though they are not deemed to be lagging behind.<\/p>\n<p>Dwiatmika told reporters, \u201cThe rejuvenation of the Peninsula Island\narea is not only intended to enhance the area\u2019s aesthetics, but also to\nensure infrastructure and public facilities are more responsive to the\nneeds of international events and quality tourism.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Although Nusa Dua is considered one of the most developed and\nestablished resort areas in Bali, the ITDC aims to go above and beyond\nto upgrade infrastructure and future-proof the area.<\/p>\n<p>Dwiatmika explained that road access to the Peninsula is underway,\nincluding the construction of rainwater catchment units in the bay\narea.<\/p>\n<p>Supporting facilities such as tourist restrooms and massage parlors\nfor community groups are also underway. ITDC has also been focusing on\nimproving construction quality control and material procurement to\nensure smooth progress.<\/p>\n<p>Soon, the Water Blow will look very different indeed. Dwiatmika\nexplained to reporters that the development down at the Water Blow area\nwill include a new wedding venue, the construction of a stage area, and\nthe installation of andesite stone as a finishing touch to the\npedestrian path.<\/p>\n<p>He concluded, \u201cThis effort also strengthens The Nusa Dua\u2019s position\nas a world-class tourism destination that prioritizes quality,\nsustainability, and a superior travel experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For tourists visiting and vacationing in The Nusa Dua, disruptions\nhave been kept to a minimum, and construction work is not affecting\nnearby hotels and resorts. Tourist visits to Water Blow and Peninsula\nIsland can continue as usual. The Nusa Dua is more than just a vacation\nresort, it is an area for community gathering and major events.<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, 26th April, the ITDC Nusa Dua hosted the 2026 Adhyaksa\nInternational Run, which has been hailed as a success.<\/p>\n<p>Dwiatmika told reporters, \u201cThe holding of the 2026 Adhyaksa\nInternational Run in The Nusa Dua is a crucial opportunity to strengthen\nthe region\u2019s appeal not only as a leisure destination but also as a\nleading venue for various sporting events.
