The
\naward was first issued in 1992.<\/p>\n
\"The panel made a unanimous decision to give the award to the
\nconsortium, which has been instrumental in human rights promotion
\nby helping to protect the rights of the poor victimized by city
\ndevelopment programs,\" he said.<\/p>\n
The panel members include the rector of the State Institute of
\nIslamic Studies (IAIN) Azyumardi Azra, University of Indonesia
\n(UI) law professor Mardjono Reksodiputro, Surabaya-based
\nAirlangga University law professor Soetandyo Wignyosoebroto,
\nSemarang-based Diponegoro University law professor Maria S.W.
\nSumardjono and Atma Jaya University sociologist Mely G.
