\u201cIn fact, it was the TNI apparatus itself that uncovered it, because\nthe alleged perpetrator comes from within. Therefore, what is most\nimportant is no longer which institution uncovered it, but how the\nperpetrator can be found and processed legally,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, Margarito stressed that in a democratic rule-of-law\nstate, the primary aspect that must be upheld is the professionalism of\nlaw enforcement officials. Accuracy, speed, and firmness in enforcing\nthe law are important indicators that must be met by every state\ninstitution.<\/p>\n
