"summary": "The Indonesian government, under Minister Maruarar Sirait, has initiated a concrete project to redevelop a 1.61-hectare slum area along the railway tracks in Senen, Central Jakarta, as part of President Prabowo Subianto's directive to optimise state assets for the benefit of low-income citizens. The initiative involves extensive collaboration across ministries, state-owned enterprises, local governments, and the private sector, with two proposed options: a 1,000-unit development by Perum Perumnas funded through the state budget, or a 690-unit humane housing project with communal spaces in partnership with Yayasan Buddha Tzu Chi Indonesia. Groundbreaking is targeted for May 2026, with plans to replicate the model nationwide to address housing shortages and bureaucratic hurdles.",
