Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung stated that achieving an Unqualified\nOpinion (Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian - WTP) serves as a vital foundation\nfor strengthening the quality of regional financial management. He noted\nthat while this achievement is a significant asset for improving\nfinancial governance, the Jakarta Provincial Government must continue to\nimplement several improvement and reinforcement measures.<\/p>\n
\u201cBased on the audit results of the 2025 Fiscal Year Financial Report,\nthe Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK RI) has granted an Unqualified\nOpinion,\u201d Pramono stated during the Jakarta Regional House of\nRepresentatives (DPRD) Plenary Session on Monday (8\/6).<\/p>\n
The Jakarta Provincial Government plans to continue the development\nof the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) for financial\nmanagement and reporting. This development is a follow-up to the\nimplementation of Government Regulation Number 12 of 2019 concerning\nRegional Financial Management.<\/p>\n
The Governor outlined four key focus areas: first, the further\ndevelopment of the SIPD for financial management and reporting; second,\nthe improvement of regional asset administration through organised\nrecording and the refinement of the Regional Asset Information System;\nthird, the strengthening of internal control systems through close\nsupervision by Regional Apparatus Heads and assistance from the\nInspectorate; and fourth, accelerating the follow-up actions regarding\nthe Audit Result Reports (LHP) from the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK\nRI).<\/p>\n
In addition to presenting the BPK RI audit results, Pramono also\ndisclosed the regional balance sheet position as of 31 December 2025.\nThe Jakarta Provincial Government\u2019s assets were recorded at IDR 758.57\ntrillion, with liabilities at IDR 17.97 trillion and equity at IDR\n740.60 trillion. Meanwhile, the net cash flow for the period of 1\nJanuary to 31 December 2025 was recorded at IDR 1.39 trillion,\ncomprising operating, investing, financing, and transitory\nactivities.<\/p>\n
Pramono expressed hope that the discussion of the Draft Regional\nRegulation (Raperda) regarding the Accountability of the 2025 Regional\nBudget (APBD) implementation would proceed smoothly with the Jakarta\nDPRD.
