        "content": "<p>Unorthodox punishment<\/p>\n<p>BOGOR (JP): A female worker of PT Truba Shoes Factory has<br>\nfiled a complaint with police after the company's executives<br>\nforced her to stand in the sun as a punishment.<\/p>\n<p>Rosidah, 30, told police that she and several other female<br>\nemployees had been ordered to stand in the sun for several hours<br>\nas a punishment for not coming in for work several days earlier,<br>\nSuara Pembaruan reported.<\/p>\n<p>Police sources said Rosidah had had a miscarriage after the<br>\ncompany's executives punished her by making her stand in the sun<br>\nin the factory compound on Dec. 24.<\/p>\n<p>Rosidah, a mother of three, was two months pregnant when the<br>\ncompany handed down \"the punishment.\" Rosidah fainted after<br>\nstanding in the sun for only 15 minutes. She was taken to a<br>\ndoctor who, after some examination, told her that she had<br>\nmiscarried, the sources said.<\/p>\n<p>Bogor police will soon summon the factory's top executives for<br>\nquestioning in connection with the incident.(bas)<\/p>",
