        "content": "<p>Unocal funds water project<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): Geothermal power producer PT Unocal Geothermal<br>\nIndonesia, a subsidiary of American energy company Unocal Corp.<br>\nhas built clean water facilities for the community living around<br>\nits power plant in Salak, Sukabumi, West Java.<\/p>\n<p>A spokesman for state oil and gas company Pertamina, Ramli<br>\nDjaafar, said the company had spent US$41,000 building the<br>\nfacilities. It will supply clean water to 3,859 people living in<br>\nthe Kiaraberes and Bojong Gintung villages in the Pulosari<br>\ndistrict, about 10 kilometers south of the 165-Megawatt<br>\ngeothermal power plant.<\/p>\n<p>Ramli said Unocal had handed over the facilities to the local<br>\ngovernment in a ceremony held on May 27.
