MFA is charged under the Sexual Violence Crime Law (UU\nTPKS).<\/p>\n<p>The Head of the Women and Children Protection and PPO Unit at\nSemarang Police, Kompol Ni Made Sriniti, stated on Friday (19\/6\/2026)\nthat MFA is charged under Article 5 of the TPKS Law.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have named him as a suspect, with the alleged offence being\nElectronic-Based Sexual Violence and\/or Non-Physical Sexual Violence as\nreferred to in Article 14 paragraph (1) letter b and\/or Article 5 of Law\nNumber 12 of 2022 concerning Sexual Violence Crimes (TPKS),\u201d Sriniti\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>MFA was detained by Semarang Police early Thursday morning (18\/6)\nafter being surrounded by Unnes students on campus.
