University student found dead at home<\/p>\n

A 19-year-old student, Marco Imannuel Sibih, was found dead at
\nhis home in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, on Monday at 8 p.m. He
\ndied from blood loss caused by stab wounds.<\/p>\n
Police suspect the murderer is a man but have not named a
\nsuspect.<\/p>\n
Police said the housemaid, identified as EM, 22, suffered a
\ngash to the neck but survived.<\/p>\n
Pasar Minggu Police chief Comr. Didik has not commented on the
\nprogress of the investigation.<\/p>\n
Marco's relatives declined to comment, except to claim that
\nwas a robbery gone bad.<\/p>\n
However police sources, who requested anonymity, dismissed the
\npossibility of robbery, saying that nothing valuable had gone
\nmissing except for Marco's cell phone. Marco was home on holiday from
\nAustralia, where went to university.<\/p>\n
The sources also said that EM had appeared to have been raped.<\/p>\n
Police said a neighbor, Rani, heard a woman scream in the
\nhouse belonging to Romeo Sibih at about 8 p.m. Romeo owns a BMW
\nshowroom in Cipete, South Jakarta.<\/p>\n
Rani told her son Heri to check the neighbor's house. On the
\nway to the house, Heri met with neighbors Pian and Mail, who also
\nheard the scream.<\/p>\n
When they arrived at the house, they saw Marco's sister Melisa
\nSibih, 16, running toward the 2.5-meter high gate. She opened the
\ngate for the neighbors, who rushed through the open garage door.<\/p>\n
The three men found EM lying facedown beside one of the
\nfamily's parked cars. Upon checking that EM was still breathing,
\nthey called a 24-hour health clinic doctor.<\/p>\n
They then checked the house and found Marco's body in the
\nliving room. The room was covered in blood.<\/p>\n
Marco's blood was also found in the garage, where it is
\nthought the killer tracked it in.<\/p>\n
According to the neighbors, the Sibih family never received
\nstrangers, indicating that they knew the killer.<\/p>\n
Police sources said that the preliminary investigation pointed
\nto H, a childhood friend of Marco's. The sources quoted Romeo as
\nsaying that he was with his wife Safernia when EM called them at
\naround 5 p.m. and informed them that H had been at the house for
\nan hour.<\/p>\n
Romeo and Safernia suspected that H was on drugs and had
\npreviously suggested that their son end his friendship with him.<\/p>",
