The Acting Secretary General of the MPR RI, Siti Fauziah (Titi),\nstated that creative literacy, which combines the practice of making\naromatherapy with national values, serves as an engaging way to\nintroduce and provide an understanding of the Four Pillars. The activity\nis considered capable of fostering togetherness within the working\nenvironment.<\/p>\n
According to her, the process of blending aromatherapy contains\nvalues relevant to national life. Various ingredients with different\naromatic characters can be combined to produce a single harmonious\nscent. This serves as an illustration of Indonesia\u2019s diversity, united\nunder the spirit of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity).<\/p>\n
\u201cI strongly support this creative literacy. Because it is linked to\nthe Four Pillars, where the ingredients can consist of four different\ntypes. This reflects that different materials can be combined to produce\nan excellent result,\u201d Titi said in her statement on Monday\n(14\/09\/2026).<\/p>\n
She expressed this during a creative literacy event titled \u2018National\nPillars, Aroma of Peace: Blending the Harmony of the Four Pillars in a\nBottle of Aromatherapy\u2019, organised by the MPR RI Library at the\nParliament Complex, Jakarta.<\/p>\n
Titi added that the activity provides more than just a creative\nexperience for employees. The event also serves as a lesson that harmony\namidst difference can produce something positive.<\/p>\n
\u201cIf there were no harmony between the scents, the result might not be\ngood or pleasant. This is one of the reflections of those Four Pillars,\u201d\nshe remarked.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, Titi emphasised that creative activities highlighting\nthe values of the Four Pillars will continue to be developed within the\nMPR environment. She believes such activities are important so that\nnational values are not only understood theoretically but can also be\nfelt through direct experience.<\/p>\n
In addition to serving as a medium for creative literacy, the\naromatherapy blending activity also holds potential for development as a\nbusiness opportunity. Therefore, Titi hopes that participants will not\nonly gain new experiences but can also share the knowledge and skills\nobtained with their colleagues.<\/p>\n
Titi also emphasised that diversity is a vital part of the Indonesian\nnational identity. Differences in ethnicity, religion, or background\nmust become a strength to build unity and maintain the integrity of the\nUnitary State of the Republic of An Indonesia (NKRI).<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are different in terms of ethnicity, religion, and background,\nbut we must become one to improve the MPR and maintain the integrity of\nthe NKRI,\u201d she concluded.<\/p>\n
