The ceiling price of the tunnel road package promised\nby West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi amounts to Rp150,000,000,000 and is\ncurrently under tender.<\/p>\n<p>The certainty of an underpass linking Jalan Gatot Subroto and Jalan\nBaros came after the project appeared on the West Java Province LPSE\ntender portal, spse.inaproc.id\/jabarprov\/lelang. The tender page states\nthat the package\u2019s ceiling price is Rp150,000,000,000, while the\nEstimated Price (HPS) for the package is Rp130,131,435,741.19.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf the information we received is correct, it has already been\ntendered and based on the schedule it should be on 21 July when the\ncontract is signed,\u201d said the head of the Cimahi City Public Works and\nSpatial Planning Office, Wilman Sugiansyah, when contacted, on Friday\n(22 May 2026).<\/p>\n<p>He said the underpass project is carried out by the West Java\nProvince Public Works and Spatial Planning Service. Meanwhile, the\nCimahi City Government was tasked with land acquisition.
