He\nassured that the country\u2019s fiscal condition and state revenues are still\nsafe, sufficient to support subsidy policies and fuel price\nstabilisations. This is evident from one of the buffers, where the\ngovernment still holds a Budget Surplus Balance (SAL) of Rp 420\ntrillion. \u201cSo that shows we still have layered defences. So friends, no\nneed to fear,\u201d said Purbaya during a conversation with the media in the\nMinistry of Finance area, Jakarta, on Tuesday, 7 April 2026.
