This joint degree program marks an important milestone\nin strengthening Fasilkom UI\u2019s international partnerships,\u201d Jatmiko said\nin Depok on Friday<\/p>\n<p>The collaboration will not only focus on the implementation of\nacademic programs but also opens opportunities for cooperation in\nresearch and digital education, he said.<\/p>\n<p>UI is also exploring potential collaborations in the Bachelor of\nComputer Science and Bachelor of Artificial Intelligence programs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe hope this partnership will continue to expand across various\nacademic levels and disciplines in the future,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Juliana Sutanto, Associate Dean International of Monash University\u2019s\nFaculty of Information Technology, described the joint degree program as\na new chapter in the relationship between the two universities that had\nbeen built through various research initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are delighted to expand our collaboration with Fasilkom UI. For\nmany years, we have worked together on a range of academic and research\nactivities, and now this relationship is evolving through a more\nstructured educational program,\u201d said Sutanto.<\/p>\n<p>During discussions, the two institutions reviewed several strategic\nissues, including curriculum alignment, international student\nadmissions, and opportunities to develop international programs in\ninformation systems, computer science, and artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>The universities also exchanged views on the use of artificial\nintelligence in higher education.
