"summary": "Prosecutors have demanded a two-year prison sentence for Michael Wishnu Wardana, CEO of PT Terra Drone Indonesia, for negligence leading to a devastating fire at the company's office on 9 December 2025 that claimed the lives of 22 employees. The charges stem from multiple failures, including the absence of fire and smoke detection sensors, inadequate air circulation allowing toxic smoke to accumulate, and the lack of regular fire drill training. While the prosecution highlighted aggravating factors such as the CEO's direct responsibility for employee safety, the settlement with 20 victims' families was noted as a mitigating circumstance.",
