According to Pengky, the duo frequently ate at the victim\u2019s\nstall without paying. Police are still investigating both suspects,\nincluding conducting urine tests. The assault took place on Saturday at\n8:40 p.m. local time and went viral on social media. Footage shows the\ntwo perpetrators approaching the cart where the victim was selling,\nbefore pulling him until he fell to the ground.
