        "content": "<p>Two employees at a Free Nutritious Meals (Makan Bergizi Gratis\/MBG)\nkitchen run under the Nutrition Fulfilment Service Unit (Satuan\nPelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi\/SPPG) have been arrested by the Sumenep Police\nNarcotics Investigation Unit while allegedly using methamphetamine in\nthe kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>Sumenep Police Public Relations chief Ipda Ach Putra Wardana\nidentified the two suspects by their initials, MA, 39, and AFH, 27.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes, that\u2019s right, both are MBG employees,\u201d Ach Putra Wardana said,\nas quoted on Saturday (23 October 2026).<\/p>\n<p>He said the suspects were arrested while using methamphetamine at the\nMBG kitchen in Lenteng Timur village, Lenteng sub-district, at about\n10.30am on Thursday (22 October 2026).<\/p>\n<p>According to preliminary statements given to investigators, AFH\nordered the methamphetamine through MA. Police are continuing to\ninvestigate where the drugs came from.<\/p>\n<p>During the arrest, officers seized two small plastic packets\ncontaining 0.39 grammes and 0.11 grammes of methamphetamine.<\/p>\n<p>Police also confiscated several items, including a homemade\nwater-bottle bong, straws, a glass pipe, a gas lighter, a torn piece of\ntissue, the jeans worn by one of the suspects, and a mobile phone\nbelonging to AFH.<\/p>\n<p>Mellisa Agustin, head of SPPG Lenteng Timur 3, confirmed that the two\nmen were her employees. She said MA and AFH worked in food\npackaging.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes, both of them are employees,\u201d Mellisa said.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators have charged the suspects under Article 114(1) of Law\nNo.\u00a035\/2009 on Narcotics and\/or Article 609(1)(a) of the Criminal Code,\nas stipulated in Law No.\u00a01\/2023 on the Criminal Code in conjunction with\nLaw No.\u00a01\/2026 on Criminal Penalty Adjustments, as well as Article\n132(1) of Law No.\u00a035\/2009 on Narcotics.<\/p>",
