        "content": "<p>Two shot dead for resisting arrest<\/p>\n<p>TANGERANG (JP): Police shot dead two men suspected of robbing<br>\na truck carrying steel on the Bitung toll road and have arrested<br>\na further three suspects in the case.<\/p>\n<p>Tangerang Police chief Lt. Col. Aryanto Boediharjo said Acang,<br>\n30, and Jueni, 35, were shot dead Tuesday after they threatened<br>\npolice officers with sickles.<\/p>\n<p>\"Both men sustained gunshot wounds to the chest and died on<br>\nthe way to hospital,\" Boediharjo said.<\/p>\n<p>The other three suspects arrested were identified as Romli,<br>\n29, Sahrudin, 29, and Juhri, 29, he said.<\/p>\n<p>The thieves allegedly stopped the truck on the toll road on<br>\nMonday, tied up the driver and his assistant, loaded them into a<br>\nvan and dumped them in Cilincing, North Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>Police officers were dispatched after the victims reported the<br>\ncrime.<\/p>\n<p>Romli, Sahrudin, Juhri and Acang were cornered in Kemuning<br>\nvillage, Balaraja district and Jueni was tracked down in Ranca<br>\nLabuh village, Mauk district, Boediharjo said.<\/p>\n<p>\"The robbers were known to be a sadistic gang who frequently<br>\ninjured their victims.
