Two prisoners still on the run<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): One of three prisoners who managed to escape
\nfrom the Sawah Besar Police subprecinct's cell rooms early Monday
\nmorning has been recaptured, police said on Thursday.<\/p>\n
"The Sawah Besar Police subprecinct chief and his deputy have
\nbeen ordered to recapture the escapees," said Central Jakarta
\nPolice chief Lt. Col. Bintang Timur.<\/p>\n
A Central Jakarta military police officer, who asked for
\nanonymity, said police had caught one of the escapees at his
\nhouse in Karanganyar, Sawah Besar subdistrict on Monday night.<\/p>\n
The prisoners managed to escape by sawing through the cell's
\npadlock with a metal saw at around 2:30 a.m. Police are still
\ninvestigating how they could have acquired the tool.<\/p>\n
The military police officer said there were two officers
\nguarding the cell room, while two others were posted at the front
\ngate -- the only way out -- when the escape took place.<\/p>\n
The men were arrested for various offenses. Cecep Setiawan
\nWijaya, 36, was arrested for carrying firearms, a sharp weapon,
\nshabu-shabu (crystal methamphetamine) and ecstasy. He was
\narrested on Sept. 9.<\/p>\n
Afin Suci, 26, was arrested for possessing shabu-shabu while
\nTuham, 18, was caught in possession of dried cannabis. Both were
\narrested on Oct. 6.<\/p>\n
All of them were arrested on Jl. Mangga Besar Raya in a
\nroutine police operation.<\/p>\n
The Jakarta Police internal affairs unit have detained seven
\npolice officers, including a superintendent officer, for further
