One\nfrequently recited prayer is the one narrated in hadith and also the\nprayer of Prophet Musa found in the Qur\u2019an, particularly in Surah Ta-Ha.\nThe prayer asks Allah to widen the heart, ease affairs, and enable\nsmooth speech and action.<\/p>\n<p>Arabic text<\/p>\n<p>Latin transliteration<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll\u0101humma l\u0101 sahla ill\u0101 m\u0101 ja\u2018altahu sahl\u0101, wa anta taj\u2018alul \u1e25azna\nidz\u0101 syi\u2019ta sahl\u0101.\u201d Translation: \u201cO Allah, there is no ease except what\nYou have made easy. And You can make the difficult, if You will,\neasy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Arabic text<\/p>\n<p>Latin transliteration<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRabbi ishra\u1e25 l\u012b \u1e63adr\u012b, wa yassir l\u012b amr\u012b, wa\u1e25lul \u2019uqdatan min\nlis\u0101n\u012b, yafqah\u016b qawl\u012b.\u201d Translation: \u201cO my Lord, open my chest, make my\ntask easy for me, and loosen the knot from my tongue that they may\nunderstand my words.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>These supplications are often recited to ask Allah for ease in work,\nstudy, speaking, and facing various life affairs. In Islamic teaching,\nseeking ease is encouraged because humans have limitations, whereas\nAllah is All-Penetrating Ease.
