        "content": "<p>Two negligent firms to face trial<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): The Ministry of Manpower will file a lawsuit<br>\nagainst garment companies PT Meditra Inti Ragam and PT Cenin<br>\nIndonesia for failing to abide by the regulation on minimum wages<br>\nand on Idul Fitri allowances.<\/p>\n<p>Amrinal B., director of the Works Standard Control of the<br>\nMinistry, told Antara that his office is still processing an<br>\nofficial report on the violations to be submitted to the court.<\/p>\n<p>He made the remarks in response to a protest staged over low<br>\nwages by 650 workers from the two East Jakarta companies, at the<br>\nHouse of Representatives last Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Out of the 650 protesters, 150 were from PT Meditra Inti<br>\nRagam, with the remaining 500 from PT Cenin Indonesia.
