        "content": "<p>JAKARTA - Two defendants in the alleged extortion case concerning the\nprocessing of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) certificates at the\nMinistry of Manpower, Temurila and Miki Mahfud, requested a postponement\nof the examination during the trial hearing.<\/p>\n<p>Before the panel of judges at the Jakarta Corruption Court (Tipikor),\nthey admitted to not being ready as they had only received the\ninformation requesting their statements on Wednesday (29 April 2026) at\n22:00 WIB, and had not yet studied the case materials.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, in layman\u2019s terms, we haven\u2019t studied yet. So we need time. In\nlayman\u2019s terms, to study, the outline, Your Honour,\u201d said Miki Mahfud\nduring the hearing at the Jakarta Tipikor Court on Thursday (30 April\n2026).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes, perhaps the contents of the BAP, Your Honour.
