"summary": "Two suspects in a corruption case involving the procurement of furniture for vocational high schools (SMK) in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) have been placed under city detention for 20 days by the Mataram District Prosecutor's Office, rather than being held in a detention cell. The suspects, a former official from the NTB Education and Culture Office and a supplier, are cooperating, have returned state losses of Rp 2.8 billion, and are monitored via electronic ankle bracelets. The irregularities in the Rp 10.2 billion project, funded by special allocation funds, included improper specifications, full payments for incomplete work, and subcontracting, highlighting ongoing efforts to combat corruption in public procurement.",
